Laboratory examinations carried out to determine whether employees working in food-related jobs carry diseases that can be transmitted by food are called porter examinations. A porter examination or porter test is not a single test, but a set of examinations that includes different tests. In other words, in order to be a porter examination, some tests must be performed and the results of all of these tests must be clean.
