SAPPHIRE FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT

FUE hair transplantation with sapphire tips is the method of taking hair follicles one by one from the donor area; that is, from the back of your head, beard and chest area if necessary, and transplanting them to the area where there is no hair. What distinguishes sapphire FUE hair transplantation from classical FUE hair transplantation is that the operation is performed with tips made of real sapphire, a precious metal. The use of a special sapphire tip instead of a metal slit during the canal opening phase is designed to accelerate the formation of crusting and the healing process by opening micro channels in the area where the hair follicles will be transplanted. Since the channels opened for transplantation are small, post-operative tissue healing is faster than metal slits and most importantly, there is a smooth union on the skin.

Stages of Sapphire FUE hair transplantation

DHI Hair Transplant

DHI hair transplantation is an improved version of FUE hair transplantation. The procedure follows a procedure similar to the FUE hair transplantation technique. Classical hair transplantation techniques manually open the channels in the scalp. During DHI (Direct hair implantation), a special Choi-pen is used, which is capable of opening the channels and implanting the hair at the same time. Hair strands (grafts) taken from the donor area are implanted into the area to be transplanted with this implanter Choi pen without opening the canal. This pen has a very thin, cylindrical and sharp tip. This Choi pen with a cylindrical tip is shaped like a canal and the hair is placed into the pen by applying it along this canal and placed again in the areas to be transplanted with this pen.

Stages of DHI hair transplantation technique

The most important feature of the Choi pen is that it provides the correct angle of transplantation of hair follicles. Hair is usually transplanted at 40-45 degrees. However, the hair around the beard needs to be transplanted at an angle of 10-20 degrees. Using the Choi pen, it can perform at smaller angles.
